How can I change/reset my password?

There are two situations where you would want to change your password - You either forgot your password and can't log in, or you know your password but just want to change it to something different.

I forgot my password and I can't log in

If you you've forgotten your password, simply go to the Login page and click the link that says "Forgot your password?". Here's the direct link for your convenience: https://launchtrack.com/password/reset

Enter your email address (that you use with LaunchTrack), and then click the "Send email" button. You'll receive an email from "[email protected]" titled "LaunchTrack Password Reset Request". Follow the directions in the email to successfully reset your password.

I know my password, I just want to change it

If you can log in fine but just want to change your password to something else (say, for security reasons), here's how:

After logging in, click on the "Welcome, [Your Name]" text in the top right corner of your admin dashboard, and then click "Profile" in the dropdown menu.

On the next page, click the blue "Edit" button at the bottom of your profile page.

On the next page, find the "Password" and "Password confirmation" fields near the bottom, and type in your new password into both fields. When you're done, click "Save" and the change will be immediate!
