How can I accept payments & registrations at the door on the day of my event? (LaunchTrack Box Office)


Our "LaunchTrack Box Office" app allows anyone with a laptop computer and an internet connection to instantly process payments and new registrations on the day of their event.

It's a great alternative to (1) writing everything down, (2) manually entering it into your computer during/after the event, and then (3) importing the data into your LaunchTrack account. Why would you want to waste your time doing all that?

With LaunchTrack Box Office, every new payment and registration is instantly and automatically synced with the rest of the registrations you received leading up to the event, which means you can view all your registrations in one place.

Here's how you can start using LaunchTrack Box Office on the day of your next event:

  1. If you don't already, make sure you have Google’s “Chrome” web browser installed on your computer. You can download Chrome here:
  2. Open this link in your Chrome browser:
  3. Click the blue “FREE” button on the top right corner to download the LaunchTrack Box Office app
  4. After opening the app, you'll be prompted to enter your login information
  5. After logging in, select your Site and then your Event, and you'll see the following screen:

As you can see, for every customer who shows up for your event at the door, you would:

  1. Select their desired price level
  2. Select their payment method (Credit Card or Cash)
  3. Accept payment from them in one of two ways:
    • Manually enter their credit card information
    • Get paid in cash, in which case you only have to enter the customer's Name and Email
  4. Once that's done and you click "Process", the payment and registration will instantly be confirmed, and you'll be able to view all your registrations together in real time.
