Receiving a Payment


Receiving a payment is easy.

  1. First, after logging in to LaunchTrack, find the event that your customer registered for and click the "Details" button to the right of it.
  2. Next, find the customer in question by scrolling through the list(s), or use the search bar in the upper right-hand side.
  3. Once you've found the customer, click the "View" button to the right of their name.
  4. On this page titled "Registration Details", click the blue "Actions" button in the top right corner and then click "Receive A Payment" in the drop down menu.

Select the form of payment the individual is making. We recommend that you use the Notes section to keep track of this activity. The Note will display alongside the payment confirmation in the registration.
If this is a deposit, (for example), you may want to mark the person NO under Paid in Full? This will move them to a Prospect. You can find our more HERE
If you select Credit Card, you will be taken to a second screen after hitting Save, where you will enter the credit card information. 
After this is done, hit the green "Save" button at the bottom, and the attendee will be registered in our system. Both you and the attendee will receive an email confirming the registration.
